What: Grad Night is a spectacular, all-night, safe, sober, and substance-free
celebration for Benicia seniors. Entertainment, games, food, prizes, memory DVDs and
sweatshirts and are all included in the admission fee.
When: The evening of graduation, June 5th 2010.
Admission will be from 8:00 – 9:00 pm ONLY. Please make certain you
check in during this time. No late arrivals will be admitted.
Grad Night will conclude at approximately 4:30 am, June 6th, 2010.
Where: BHS campus
Cost: The admission fee is $125 if paid on or before May 15th, 2010.
After May 15th the cost will be $150.
Students will not be able to sign up at the door the evening of Grad Night.
Plan ahead and sign up early!
How: To register follow these steps…
1. Make your payment to Benicia Grad Night by check or credit card (online).
Payment Options:
a. Pay $125 by May 15th 2010.
b. After May 15th, pay $150.
2. Read the Rules and Procedures for Benicia Grad Night 2010.
3. Sign the Behavior Agreement and Waiver of Liability forms. Please note that this
form must be signed by a parent or guardian as well as the student.
4. Complete the information sheet by:
a. Providing an email address for communication
b. Indicating your sweatshirt size
c. Completing and signing the medical authorization
5. Turn in the following forms with your check/raffle ticket stubs to the Grad Night
box in the BHS office or mail them to Benicia Grad Night, P.O. Box 4, Benicia, CA 94510:
a. Student Behavior Agreement and Waiver of Liability
b. Parent/Guardian Agreement
c. Information Sheet
d. Medical Authorization Form
Junior Clean-Up Discount
If you helped as a Junior, please check for your discount on this listing and deduct that
amount for your ticket price. (Note: You can not use the online Registration Payment if
you have a Junior Clean-Up Discount. Sorry!)
Memory Hall
Parents - Please don't miss the opportunity to create a photo montage of your grad's life
in our Memory Hall. In order to participate, parents must supply us with no more than 7
picture copies to mount on the "frames" that we will have in the memory hall. We ask for
picture copies so that we can crop and cut them as necessary.
Please put the picture copies in the Grad Night box in the office.
